The Central Artery Project Conservators Report was prepared as a member of the Mcginley Hart & Associates team consisting of Architects, Historians, Geotechnical, Structural and Civil Engineers.  Over one hundred fifty historic resources along the project alignment were catalogued, field observed and monitored according to criteria developed to mitigate settlement, dewatering, vibration and noise impacts.  Development Parcel Historic Resource Considerations were also developed for the Joint Development Guidelines.
